Are you interested in learning the secrets? At Grandma's Secrets, we offers a unique approach, with your convenience in mind. We offer personal, one-on-one classes, tailored to your skill level. And they are taught in the convenience of your own home! All supplies are provided by us, only your presence is required. And you are welcome to share the class with family or friends, each additional person only $50.00.

We also offer group classes for corporate events, birthday parties for children and adults, and bridal parties. $100.00 per person, minimum 5 people.

CLASSES

• BASIC - This class offers one cake of your choice, that special cake you have always wanted to learn. The second half of the class teaches the basics, such as crumb coating, frosting a cake, writing, and using decorating tips. Price $200.00 Recommended for the beginner, or those with a very basic knowledge.

• ADVANCED - In this class you have a choice of learning special occasion cakes, such as wedding cakes. You will learn how to work with fondant, (covering a cake and making ribbons and bows) stack tiers, work with sugar flowers, and finishing techniques. Price $350.00 For the more advanced baker.

• CHILDREN'S CAKES - In this class you will learn to how to work from a character pan, or how to make cut out shapes to create cakes.  Price $300.00 Must be skilled before taking this class!
