This class is taught in the convenience of your own home. There, you will learn the basics of crusts, and any two pies of your choice. Class usually lasts about 2 hours, and we provide all materials and supplies. The cost is $150.00 for a two hour lesson. Invite family and friends, share the cost! (Max of 2). For your convenience, these classes can be taught at either of three places: |
BASIC - for the beginner. You will learn the basics of baking, making two cakes of your choice, and simple decorating techniques such as frosting a cake, and making borders. $175.00
ADVANCED – For the experienced baker. In this class you have a choice of learning special occasion cakes, or wedding cakes. You will learn how to work with fondant, covering a cake and making ribbons and bows. Wedding cake class teaches how to stack tiers, work with sugar flowers, and finishing techniques. $350.00
CHILDREN'S CAKES – In this class you will learn to how to work from a shaped pan, and how to make a free style cake. $300.00
